We highly recommend only booking when you know you can make it since we do not offer refunds. However, if you want to book a room and are not sure how many people will be joining, you can always book for 4 people and then email us to update the booking once you confirm your headcount before the day of your booking. Keep in mind we do have a 4-person minimum for each of our rooms.
